GamblinConsults, LLC is a racial equity company that believes in the power of “yes.” Yes to the next step in dismantling racism. “Yes” to institutions taking ownership over this decision. And “yes,” to the follow through that is necessary to make this ideal a reality.
GamblinConsults stands in solidarity with and provides support alongside institutions to help them practice anti-racism and promote racial equity, through a racial justice and liberation lens. Institutions include non-profit organizations, churches, private companies, networks and coalitions, community groups, government agencies, and policy-makers. GamblinConsults works with these institutions to help them understand how to apply racial equity and anti-racism in their practices and processes, as well as the way in which they design, implement and evaluate programs, advocacy strategies, policies, and research.
