GamblinConsults, LLC is a management consulting company that helps organizations and people implement racial equity throughout their work in practical ways. GamblinConsults specializes in providing executive leadership and management coaching, as well as training and technical assistance for strategic planning, policy and program design and evaluation, community engagement, research, and analysis. GamblinConsults has successfully worked with nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, & policymakers clients across the United States to help them transform the way they think about racial equity in these areas and help them implement racial equity principles, frameworks, and tools across their management, operational, policy, and programmatic work.

Marlysa D. Gamblin, (MPP), is the Owner and Lead Consultant for GamblinConsults, a racial equity and management consulting company.
Mrs. Gamblin is also a dynamic public speaker, a racial equity expert, author, and thoughtful researcher. She has gone, and continues to go, around the country to speak on her expertise, share the tools that she has designed, and lead efforts of helping people, government agencies, and nonprofits to implement racial equity in their everyday work in very practical ways.
Mrs. Gamblin is known for designing several racial equity tools that have helped millions of people across the U.S. promote racial equity. Her tools have been used by the White House, Congress, the Senate, local government jurisdictions, and several non-profits. One of her most sought-after tools is the Racial Wealth Gap Learning Simulation, an interactive tool that helps people understand how structural racism was created. Over 4.5 million people in the public and private sector have engaged with this tool. Other groundbreaking tools include the Racial Equitable Processes Scorecard, Anti-Racist Research Methodologies, and Racially Equitable Writing and Editing.
Mrs. Gamblin specializes in helping her clients tangibly implement anti-racism in their everyday lives, regardless of what they do and where they are positioned within their organizations, agencies, or networks. Mrs. Gamblin has years of experience advising non-profits, churches, and coalitions, as well as all levels of the government, from local jurisdictions to the White House. Her leadership has taught them how they can use the tools that she has designed for the purposes of operationalizing racial equity in their processes, practices, management, legislation, and policies, all in practical ways.
